Very thick and resistant hair cannot be handled with simple flat ironing alone.
The cream saturation, moisture balance, section pressure, pH control, sealing process, and timing all have to work together perfectly.

The dense back sections were carefully saturated more deeply and sealed tightly with a cap to allow the cuticle to soften evenly.
The delicate face line was treated differently with lighter control because thinner hair reacts much faster.

The dry rough ends were straightened using a wet-and-dry hybrid technique with soft mist moisture,
helping the hair stay smooth, flexible, and naturally settled without puffiness.
