ASMR Without a Plan! In this video I did not plan what was going on. It is mostly a hand movement video with some focus instructions. My gentle whispers, hand movements, hand sounds, finger flutters, and finger snapping. This is a lofi video. Intended to relieve anxiety, stress, and to helpnyou sleep.
