Messing Around With Your Hair For Overthinking ADHD Brains (Fast ASMR)
Fast, chaotic, spontaneous ASMR for the overthinking brain 🖤
In this video I’m basically just messing around with your hair and doing whatever comes to mind — lots of quick brushing, combing, scalp scratching, long nail sounds, random hair play and fast unpredictable movements.
There’s no strict routine here, just constant stimulation and lots of little changes to keep your brain occupied. Perfect if slower ASMR gives your thoughts too much time to wander 😅
Triggers include:
✨ Fast hair brushing
✨ Combing through your hair
✨ Scalp scratching
✨ Long nail sounds
✨ Random spontaneous hair play
✨ Fast personal attention
✨ Chaotic / unpredictable ASMR
I hope this helps quiet the overthinking, gives your brain something else to focus on and maybe even sends you to sleep.
Enjoy 🤍
