ASMR reflexology soft spoken - (re-learn my treatments with me)

After over a year away from holistic therapy, (time off to have my son), I am revisiting the basic foundations of my treatments so that I am prepared for my 'real' clients!
So far I've been back offering meditation and massage but as of yet no reflexology so I'm taking my time re-learning this one as there is just so much to it!
There's a lot of chit chat to myself as I rediscover this amazing treatment !
I only had time to revisit the first part of the treatment so I will post another video for the second part and then perhaps another of a 'full' session. The bells and whistles include hot stones, meditation, essential oils and a leg massage - so lush!!
