Do It Yourself CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy): A Really Effective Exercise

In this video I am going to explain what Do it Yourself CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) involves.

For some of you this will be enough to help you to resolve the difficulties that you are struggling with. However, if you have been struggling with something for a while and it is having a significant impact on your day to day life, you may also need some professional help in the form of either therapy or medication. Self Therapy will however get you well on the way to overcoming your difficulties.
Self Therapy is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which has been proven to be the most effective type of therapy for a wide range of problems including Depression, Anxiety, Eating Disorders, OCD, Low Self Esteem and Confidence.
There are 9 steps to Self Therapy and I will talk you through each of these in the video. However, the biggest obstacle that you will need to overcome is finding a way of making this part of your weekly routine. If you can do this, you are half way there.
