You've fell on the floor at home and accidentally hit your forehead. I am your night nurse and I'll be caring for you tonight. I'll start by assessing your wound, clean and disinfect it, and treat it with Vaseline and cover it with a gauze pad. I'll then perform a general check up on you. I'll be checking your eyes, your throat, your nose, and your ears. Finally I'll issue you some pain killer and medicine to assist your sleep.
