First Time having My Neck Cracked @JohnGibbons

I've just spent the last 2 days doing a advanced spinal course with the body master himself ‎@JohnGibbons  doing lots of mobilising and manipulations too... and he finished the weekend off by cracking my neck.... I was a tad nervous but in for a penny in for a pound and one day I intend to learn neck manipulations too so makes sense I know how it should feel long before I start learning these ones.....
