To be honest, this was one of the most painful treatments I've ever tried. I did my best not to scream and stayed calm until the session was over. It was painful and my back felt like it was burning at times... but once everything was finished, I felt surprisingly relaxed, lighter, and the muscle tension in my back was greatly reduced.
