Welcome back to Quake Clinic! I understand you are in today because you are feeling a bit off kilter and generally unwell, and you are looking to tackle your anxiety with natural remedies, such as diet, exercise, massage, and therapeutic self-care! In this consultation, we will do some mindful breathing, some aromatherapy treatment, an eye exam, an ear exam, and some general energy cleansing. I will be sure to listen to all of your issues and concerns, and formulate a plan of treatment that will help reduce your long-term, daily anxiety and related negative health issues.

4:23-11:21 Aromatherapy, deep, guided breathing with ear to ear counting (icy cleansing)
11:22-15:12 Relaxing, cleansing hand motions and mental re-alignment
15:13-19:07 Aromatherapy round 2, scent 1 (fire cleansing)
19:08-22:14 Hand movement cleansing with simultaneous guided meditation
22:15-25:08 Final aromatherapy (scent 2 for fire cleansing)
25:09-26:32 Notes (pencil)
26:33-30:05 Explaining the reasoning for upcoming neurological tests (eye and ear)
30:06-35:10 Begin eye exam with light-based eye tests
35:11-40:21 Eye exam continued with finger-based tests and color identification
40:22-47:00 Third round of energy cleansing with guided meditation, followed by vitals check and short, penciled paperwork
47:01-50:29 Ear check
50:30-59:03 Discussing plans for your continued care & individualized treatment plan
