📏 Somatic Measuring Session ~ Full Body Measurements with Guided Relaxation 💤 | ASMR Soft Spoken RP

Full body measuring with a small twist: this video has a focus on somatic therapy techniques, a type of therapy that focuses on the mind-body connection. The most well known is EMDR, but there's quite a few modalities of somatic therapy. A lot of it is rooted in grounding, in absorbing the sensory information around you and becoming aware of the automatic info sweeps your body does in order to feel more connected and less 'out of it'. It's used for PTSD, depression, and anxiety; with me, it's used to reduce dissociation from PTSD. I'm doing a lot of research into it because it plays into ASMR really well (also my therapist & I have worked with somatic therapy techniques for a couple years now so I've been learning & experimenting with it), so I'm trying to find things that would help elevate and increase immersion in some of my videos.
