Hello, hello, and welcome to another ASMR workout! Today I wanted to try a different style of “workout” with tabata intervals. If you’re not familiar with tabata, it’s 20 seconds of “work” with 10 seconds of “rest”, so I used that concept here with 20 seconds of sound and 10 seconds of silence with gentle hand movements - I feel like it breaks things up and offers a nice little auditory palette cleanser, if you will. It might also be nice for those who get bored easily~
