I'll make you fall asleep in less than 20 minutes by playing with your hair, brushing your hair, giving you a head/scalp massage and sleepy hand movements. I'll clip your hair back, use a spray bottle to wet your hair to make it easier to brush, then help smooth out your hair by using a tangle teezer style brush and wooden comb. Hair brushing and water sounds are some of the best and most relaxing personal attention ASMR triggers in my opinion 💜
