Tonight I'll be whispering super close up ear to ear and veeeeery slowly to put you into a sleepy state and of course help you fall asleep!
This video includes guided deep breathing exercises, fluffy microphone sounds/brushing and also a short imagery exercise. I've included underwater sounds on the first half of the video that I hope you'll find soothing and relaxing, but of course you also have available the version with pure whispers only so you can choose what you prefer! (There might be some unintentional mouth sounds)

What is ASMR??
