We begin by connecting to the heart and clearing the energetic field with the healing vibrations of the Tibetan singing bowl and quartz crystal. From there, the steady rhythm of the shamanic drum invites you deeper into your body, your breath, and the present moment.

Nothing you need to hold onto.

Let your thoughts come and go.

Let your breath move naturally.

Let yourself be supported.

Through gentle energy clearing, hand movements, humming, chanting, Reiki, shamanic drumming, and the soothing sounds of the steel tongue drum, I hold space for you to relax and reconnect with yourself.
