ASMR Close Your Eyes And Let the Sounds Guide You to Sleep 💤 Eyes Closed
Publicidad
I only have one little request for you: can you close your eyes and focus only on the sounds? The idea here is for you to close your eyes and put all your focus on the sounds as they move from ear-to-ear, and all around you, creating that immersive feeling (which I loooove so much!). Closing my eyes and trying to figure out where a sound is coming from, or simply imagining the object making those sounds around me, has become one of my favorite types of ASMR. The best part is that, since our focus is 100% on the sounds, it becomes so much easier to disconnect from whatever might be occupying our minds and making us feel stressed or anxious before going to sleep. So enjoy this little combo of relaxing sounds I brought for you and put all your focus right here... but don't forget to close your eyes, okay? 💜
