ASMR Annual Check Up (questionnaire and annual physical exam roleplay)

I thought this might be fun to do every year, you know, to make sure you stay in good shape! After a questionnaire about your health over the last year, there are lots of medical exams, blood pressure, listening to your heart and lungs, range of movement, eyes and ears, reflexes and even a little number sequence to remember. What could be better? And at the end we'll have a baseline ready for next year. Enjoy!
