Hi Friends! This ASMR Reiki and massage session for the Heart Chakra is designed to help soften emotional armor, release old grief, and create space for deeper connection with yourself, with others, and with life.
This video is the fourth session in my 7-part Chakra Healing ASMR Series, where each session focuses on balancing and restoring one chakra through Reiki, massage, sound, touch, and sensory healing elements, all with the intention of helping you soften and savor life more deeply.
For this Heart Chakra session, we work with the Air Element, inviting openness, compassion, forgiveness, and gentle expansion. Set on a peaceful island beach with soft ocean waves and a warm coastal breeze, this session uses feathers, crystals, a hand fan, Reiki, and gentle massage to encourage emotional release and heart-centered healing.
