Well, this one is faster-paced and soft-spoken for the first part, and the second is the SLEEP part (to be read with the same energy of those signs that are in some kitchens, that just say “EAT”). The SLEEP part is the sounds with added intermittent audio effects and no commentary, except for a bit of quiet echoed soft-spoken at the end. I made the quieter portion one big timestamp so it could be looped for sleep. 💫

Hopefully with the first half, you can relax (and be distracted if needed) and the second half you can allow yourself to drift off to sleep. 💤
