ASMR Testing Out My Busted Microphone From 3Dio ♥️

Welcome back to OUR channel everyone! If you’re new here, I’d like to welcome you to our family, and I encourage you to introduce yourself below. We sound like a cult, because we probably are.

So tonight’s video, I’m pretty angry. Many of you know ~ and for those who don’t - I will post some information down below on this topic, and if you’d like in the future, I can do a video on it. The thing is, I’m not looking to expose these two “brands”, I’m just REALLY upset with my experience with both.
The first is the Tingles App, which I was on a little less than a year. To sum it up, the promises weren’t promised and words were turned around a lot of the time. Not to mention the earnings never matched analytics. This app was NOT supporting its creators. Viewers seem to really enjoy the app, but many don’t know it’s past, and current even. I left the Tingles app after a larger creator warned us that our videos were being leaked to ghostbin, which again, is taking away from our work.
My last experience with the Tingles app was to reach a goal of 50 supporters in order to win a new microphone that would benefit our channel. Or so I thought. The issue with gaining supporters on Tingles is that they change everyday. Let’s say January 3, 2019, you choose to support a creator on Tingles. It would take three days before the app generated that supporter and count it as one one of the 50. Another viewer decided to support the creator January 5. That’s another 3 days. So the creator eventually before the months end, reaches 50 supporters. Unfortunately analytics, or the time frame the supporters chose to pledge, will never add up on time to reach that goal, and that’s what happened to me over a year. Every few days I’d have 48, 49, and then it would drop to 35 or so due to the months end. In my personal opinion, that’s not fair, nor what the app promised. Not to mention how many supporters you needed for a better mic. Turns out my experience with the 3DIO mic wasn’t even worth it. When I finally reached 50, I had to fill out a form for my Mic. It took about a week and half to arrive, and when it did - everything seemed great! The ears were a little dirty, but I attributed that to the trip here during its time in the mail truck(s). When I first turned it on, it sounded super sensitive. I took everyone’s advice and turned it around, turned bass roll off ON, and continued. Then, people stayed the left ear wasn’t putting out. So I stopped using it after watching too many videos helping why this would be. Nothing seemed to fix the problem. Then I tried one more time, failed, and accidentally left it turned on. The 3DIO takes a 9V battery, and clearly that battery died after leaving it on. I switched it out and this is today’s video. Working happy on one ear, still busted on the other. I emailed 3DIO support, and of course have heard nothing back. This experience has truly been a nightmare. Many of you know how excited I was to have reached the number of supporters to benefit the future of our channel. Unfortunately I will be moving on from 3DIO, and I plan to buy another mic. In fact, during the time I waited for the 3DIO to arrive ~ I purchased a cheap $50 mic from BestBuy, and it works amazing. I’ll be using that in tomorrow’s video. I’m so very sorry for those who chose to support something that ended up broken, something that really could have made a variety of sounds. I’m extremely dissapointed in Tingles with what’s happened in the past, and now. Allegedly they’ve upped their security, and kudos to them if that’s true. I am just choosing to move on. Same with 3DIO. Again, I’m so sorry to those who supported this experience. If I would have known it would have turned out this way, I’d of left long ago. But it was coming to an end anyway..
