On this beautiful fall day, my sister and I rode our bikes to the Bizz Johnson Trail which is an old railroad route through the mountains of Lassen County. The tunnels were spooky, dark, cold and amazing! Take a look and enjoy the rattle of bike paraphernalia and the sound of bike tires on gravel… plus beautiful autumn views.

Based on literal definition, ASMR is completely subjective and based on an individual response to our senses, including sound. One cannot say, "this or that is not ASMR", to any sound. In the very same way that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
