This is a no talking all sounds and visuals ASMR super relaxing healing session. I speak at the beginning to set our intention and got from there. The intention is to balance, promote harmony, give you exactly what you need right now, and release negative energy.

Little tapping in the beginning then slower smoother sounds.

Sounds include candle, match, smudge, selenite wand, singing bowl, necklace, hand sounds and visuals, pulling and plucking.
