Massage of The Lats and Shoulders.
So after last week struggling with sound of my mic i bought a new external mic and asked my client/friend round to come test it with me and we thought we would kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
I asked him if there was anything he needed focus on he told me his lats feels very tight as do his shoulder.... he told me his front delts were very sore.
So i decided to focus mainly on his Delts and lats.... But during the course of the massage it becomes apparent that other things need some work too such as his chest. and his back in general needs some massage.
I used a combination of massage techniques during this video including deep tissue, soft tissue, joint mobilisation.
Trigger point therapy and acupressure therapy can you tell the difference?
i got my elbow in the get deep into the muscles when needed.
It was interesting testing the mic and i think the result gives us lovely squelchy oily massage sounds that should hopefully give you guys amazing tingles when you watch this.

Not sure what ASMR is?
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia[2][3] and may overlap with frisson.

ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control.[1][4]
