ASMR Scalp Check with Bad Results (Acne Removal, Scalp Treatment, Whispering) Medical Roleplay
Today you're having your follow up appointment and I find that your previous scalp treatment for your scalp psoriasis hasn't worked and has given you an allergic reaction which made you break out with huge acne and spots but don’t worry I will treat that for you.
Today I will be giving you a detailed scalp check, acne treatment, acne removal and scalp treatment for your bad acne, extreme dandruff and scalp psoriasis. Firstly I check your scalp to see how serious your acne is and I find that you have 3 huge spots on the back of your head and a small red sore. I take a closer look with my medical torch and medical instruments and find that your huge acne is very inflamed and infected.
I then check the rest of the back of your scalp to see if you have any more acne and red sores and find that you haven't so then I start your scalp treatment, acne removal and treatment. I begin by applying some local anaesthetic through injection onto your spots to take the pain and discomfort away whilst I'm bursting and treating your acne.
I then burst one spot at a time (pimple popping) and extract all the pus from it (acne removal) and apply some antibiotic spray (acne treatment) straight afterwards so it doesn't get infected. After I have burst and squeezed out all of the pus from the infected spots, I apply a scalp treatment on your red sore and then for your scalp psoriasis with a nourishing treatment which is brushed on gently to the affected areas.
I then check the rest of your scalp for any more acne and to check for more acne and red sores and find that it is ok apart from your scalp psoriasis. I finish by applying a protective barrier scalp treatment in spray form all over your scalp and then give you a scalp massage to distribute it evenly.

This scalp check and treatment is performed on a mannequin doll head so please don't use any sharp objects or instruments on anyone. This roleplay is for the purpose to help you relax, de-stress and sleep and off course give you lots of tingles.
