Make sure you have props around like pillows, blankets, even eye masks and your favourite plant smoke 👌
Be aware that this class is slow paced and based on comfort, deep relaxation and release and meditation rather than any movement at all. Your physical body will benefit as will the other more subtle layers of you 🧚♀️
