Today’s video is a face and neck massage with no talking and soothing music as the background. I will be massaging my special guest (husband.) I will be paying attention to the face muscles, neck area and scalp. I will also be doing a scalp check with some sticks and massaging gentle pressure points on the neck with the sticks to relieve stress and tension. I found this video therapeutic in the making!
