My story…
I was introduced to ASMR 5 years ago by a close friend of mine. I fell in love with the community because it is such a loving, positive & accepting place!

I have always been very adamant on finding my inner peace. Whether that be meditation, spending time in nature, or even just laying in my bed, watching an ASMR video.

Mental health is very important to me & hopefully my channel can be a safe space for anyone who needs it.
