Slow ASMR has always helped me calm down my nervous system when I got anxious.
However, in my life I am surrounded by a lot of people struggling with high stress levels and insomnia who are actually hesitant to watch ASMR videos as it is still a very niche phenomenon (at least in my country).
So in 2024, after hitting a wall at my corporate job, I decided that I want to help grow this beautiful community and spread relaxation to as many people as possible by making my own videos.
