4. how did you get into asmr?
personally, i mainly use asmr for relaxation - to unwind and calm my ✨ chaotic ✨ mind. i discovered asmr a few years ago and it has significantly helped my anxiety and relaxed me into a content state that improves my quality of life. even though those amazing people who create asmr videos don't do them for me directly, but it feels like they're a friend who is trying to help me when in reality i might not have many friends who would make that kind of effort
