Highway Driving on a Slightly Rainy Day ASMR Vlog | No Talking

An extra upload this week!

A few things to note:
1. I am being safe while driving. I am focused on the road more than the camera.
2. You may notice I touch the roof of my car occasionally. I do this because I play the car game “Score” with myself — you are supposed to do that when you see a yellow vehicle! (I don’t count buses.) This helps keep me present and aware of my surroundings.
3. You may notice I sometimes will touch my chest/throat area. This is due to calming my vagus nerve, as I am just getting back into driving again since winter is now over and better weather is here.
4. I know that watching other people drive can be calming to some people, or help other people get over their driving anxiety — if this is you, I hope it brings you calm and/or courage. xx
