Bedtime Story for Sleep #3 The Wings of the Butterfly / Unintentional ASMR Reading

This bedtime sleep story begins with a mini guided meditation to help guide the listener into a peaceful state of relaxation followed by soft soothing storytelling to transport the listener into a deep restful sleep. Some people may experience unintentional ASMR while listening to someone read a story which can be very relaxing! I hope this is the case for you :)

This lovely tale is from the Tukuna (or Tucuna, or Tikuna) tribe of South America. The Tukuna (pronounced “TOO-koo-na”) live on the upper Amazon River and its tributaries, in adjoining sections of Brazil, Colombia, and Peru.
