This is a soothing and comforting energy healing video specially made to make you feel safer emotionally, wherever you are in your healing journey. For those who are working through your traumas and they are all coming up to the surface, I know it is confusing and scary when it all comes bubbling up, but it will get better, just keep going! I am here for you in the meantime. Along with other things, I use Reiki, which flows to you through time and space, wherever you are in the world. Be kind to yourself, and remember to drink extra water when working with Reiki.
I am traveling so until I get to my next destination I don't have proper lights to work with, but I wanted to keep filming and posting anyway.
