ASMR Imaginary Neck & Back Massage

I hope you're doing okay today :) and if not, this massage should help!! I titled this video an imaginary neck & back massage because it really just focuses on hand movements around your "head" and "upper back" but I hope it feels just as relaxing as a real massage! I also included some calm binaural music in the background that might only be noticeable if you're wearing headphones, just for an extra touch of spa like serenity. I really enjoyed filming this one.
