Today's ASMR video is great for those feeling really anxious or stressed and need some help- whether that be to relax and calm down or maybe to fall asleep. I will be right here with you and supporting you today.
I will walk you through two breathing techniques -
- The 4-7-8 method
-Box breathing
I also guide you through some progressive muscle relaxation.
