This whispered ASMR meditation will show you a technique called Auriculotherapy, used to stimulate the cranial vagus nerve to induce a deep state of relaxation through the release of oxytocin and melatonin, demonstrated in the literature to have potential in treating insomnia. It will also teach you to exam the level of tension in your body before and after the procedure so you can assess the effectiveness of the technique. This video includes multiple ASMR triggers and concludes with a deep sleep induction and extended pink noise soundscape to stabilise sleep cycles.
