***Over the next 4 weeks I will be dropping 1 Full Hour Long HOLIDAY Burnout Relief Reiki Session per week as part of my usual upload schedule. I wanted to create this 4 part series to keep you feeling uplifted, to help clear and protect your energy, leave you feeling restored as you travel, eat, drink and be merry with friends, co-workers, and family.

My goal with these sessions is to help you to decompress from dinner with infuriating uncles, ease your holiday guilt from buying or not buying, and even know it's okay whatever happened in the parking lot at your office Christmas Party.😅 Whatever colorful story may unfold for you this year feel free to come back to a place and know it's All Good over here.
