Today's video is ASMR Hypnotic Light Triggers to Help You Relax (With my signature whispered rambling)

Not sure how else to explain this video haha
This video is basically inspired by the little bits of light triggers that you get when watching roleplays such as eye checks. Where the light flicks around quickly... if that makes sense? I get lots of tingles from those so hopefully you'll get that same feeling from this video. I threw in some hand movements towards the end as well to spice things up.
