Nail Color: one coat of Salon Perfect base coat, two coats of Nicole Miller light blue/green nail polish, (no name on bottle - it was part of a set) and one coat of Nail-Aid Quick Dry Glass Shine top coat.

This video was based on an experience I had in a little thrift store recently. I was actually buying some of these scarves, and the lady behind the counter handled them similar to the way I do it in this video, and I really enjoyed it. I hope you do, too. :)
