ASMR - "you're sensitive" (but it's not a weakness)

Hey all,
Today, I'd like to talk about the negative stigma of being sensitive, and how seeing things through that lens is nonsensical. Finally, I hope to close with some encouragement to help us sensitive folk change the way this word is said and felt.
