Today I’ll invite you to the Christmas Tea Party.
This concept of tea party is ‘Diet’
For those of you who have a lot of dinner plans at the year-end,
I prepared Low-Calorie Finger Foods.
You can taste 6 tea foods made by reducing carbohydrates and sugars as much as possible,
and 3 teas that warms your body and mind.
I’ll be using an alternative sweetener instead of sugar and honey for tea.
I’ve made and ate the tea foods of the video several times, so I assure it’ll taste good!
And they are easy to make, so make them with someone you love.
You could make romantic Christmas memories. 😊
