Hey Cookiss~!

First off, well let's not focus on my face ... I was a bit preoccupied that I wasn't able to take the lighting to the studio. I'm okay as long as you are okay with my face looking a bit swelled up lol
Luckily, I was able to film my ASMR video at the most amazingly fanciest studio ever!
I got some beautiful stories out of my counseling sessions (consented by clients) which I wanted to share with you for our growth! This totally goes with the relaxing and elegant atmosphere of the studio as well.

Let's look back and see if we are spending enough time having good connection with ourselves.
Yes, it's pretty hard considering hectic schedules.
Well, today, how about having a little bit of time to yourself loving and forgiving ourselves?
