muffins

120ml milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
113g salted butter, melted
200g granulated sugar
250g all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
170g strawberry, diced
85g white chocolate


crumble topping

17g unsalted butter cold, cubed
20g granulated sugar
20g brown sugar
35g all-purpose flour
wee pinch of salt
