How Saying No Can Lead to More Authentic Relationships

I don’t know about you but I am definitely guilty of saying yes to things that I don’t want to do. Maybe there’s a work event you feel you should attend but don’t want to, or perhaps you’ve scheduled a lunch date with a friend but feel the day before that you don’t have the headspace to be seeing anyone. Whatever it is, I think we’ve all said yes when we want to say no.

In this video I talk a little about how saying no and being honest with the people you love, can lead to less resentment and more authentic relationships.
