The weather has started to change and the evenings are getting darker. Whenever September arrives, I am most definitely in an autumnal mood! I love to spend more time baking, light autumn themed candles and take time to relax with a cup of tea. Protein Kinderella Blondies Recipe
Ingredients: 200g butter melted, 125g caster sugar (or 0 calorie alternative), 125g brown sugar (or 0 calorie alternative), 3 medium eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder, 200g plain flour, 1 tbsp cornflour, 2 bars Kinder Bueno white chopped, 100g Kinder choc chopped, 100g white chocolate melted
- Put the oven to 180 degrees celsius (fan)
- Mix the melted butter & sugar together. Beat until smooth
- Add the eggs & vanilla, beat until smooth
- Add the flour, protein & cornflour, beat until smooth
- Add 75% of the Kinder Bueno white & Kinder choc, mix
- Pour into a square tin lined with baking paper and spread evenly
- Melt the white chocolate and drizzle on top
- Add the remaining Kinder choc & Bueno white on top
- Bake for 25-30 minutes
- Leave to cool before slicing into 9 pieces
