Honestly, I don't even know what this video is - I just had this idea and here we go 😅
In this video, you are my canvas and I will be painting my masterpiece on you. I will not be addressing you directly, only whispering semi-inaudibly to myself what I am doing.
And (of course) there is also lots of personal attention included, mostly face brushing and some face touching.

What even is ASMR?

ASMR can help people fall asleep. It also calms anxiety and can be used for both relaxation and focusing on a task.
