This pasta was so good. I mad a super delicious ULTRA UMAMI flavored butter by first cooking shrimp shells in it, straining, adding anchovy fillets and breaking them up with garlic and shallots. I cooked my shrimp in that amazing savory umami butter and then mixed it with spinach and tomatoes and put it on spaghetti. SOOO AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS AND FUN TO MAKE.
