trying asmr for the first time ( positive affirmations)

Hey sleepyheads,

I am super nervous for this first video. Since this is my very first ASMR video. I probably made a lot of mistakes but I am hoping to get better in the future. ASMR has helped me a lot with sleep problems and anxiety. I hope it can do the same for you. If you have any suggestions/ wishes for future videos, please let me know! I already filmed a little Role-play, which will be the next video.
