So in today’s video, I decided to give my cousin *A STRETCHING AND DECOMPRESSING MASSAGE* to help alleviate the tension from the day! Nothing fancy, just doing what I can to help her feel a lot more limber and light throughout her body. 🪶 So don’t forget to do some light stretches at the end of the day/night and try to get some decent sleep y’all!
