Hey Sleepyheads! Tonight I am focusing on the feeling of being overwhelmed. Where do the feelings and thoughts come from, and what can we do about them to feel better? We have all been there; we have times when we can't stop thinking about the past or the future. Life seems so big and overwhelming. I will share some of my thoughts with you and some things that I practice, hoping that you can let these negative emotions go and start living a more peaceful life by focusing on the present moment.
