My name is Carrigan and I'm a trained and certified energy healer/ Reiki Master.

Our intent for this session is to focus on the Heart Chakra, migrating our way down to the stomach area where both your Solar Plexus and Sacral chakra lie to begin tapping into the energy/ vibration of your Higher Self.

We are going to, with your consent, work to flush both your energetic and physical body from any toxins that may lie stagnant within our energetic/ nervous system.
Making sure to hydrate WITH WATER before, during and after your session to help promote the detoxification process and reset your system.

When we talk about energetic congestion, we're referring to a blockage that has lied dormant in your chakra(s) that is affecting an even flow of energy your body needs for optimal wellness.
