I thought, as it's a Monday...we would do a bit of self care for you tonight to help you de-stress and relax for the week ahead with a bit of jade rolling and a bit of skincare 🧚🏼♀️ a lot of you enjoyed my gua sha video from a few week ago so I wanted to try this one out for you all ✨ I looove jade rolling on my face as it helps to decrease puffyness and helps any skincare products sink into the skin as well as providing a relaxing massage to help before bedtime 🌙 this video includes with rosehip oil to start off with before gently massgaing your face with the jade roller around the contours of your face to releif any tension you may be holding in your facial muscles ✨ of course, there are a few trigger phrases and finger flutters with clicky whispers for added relaxation 🥰💜 I hope you enjoy and get a good nights sleep 💜
